Returns/Refund Policy

Our refund policy is 14 days from date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.



We want to make sure you’re happy with your order. If you change your mind, we will gladly exchange or refund your item(s). In order to do this, we need:

 

  1. Item(s) unworn in original packaging and in a resaleable condition (no make-up/fake tan marks, etc)
  2. Items(s) unwashed in original packaging and with original tags attached.
  3. Items(s) to be returned securely with proof of postage within 14 days of you receiving your order.

To ensure of a quick return, please make sure the form is accurately & fully completed where applicable. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
 Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to exchange any items that are unsuitable, please fill out the exchange section of our returns form and return with your item. Please note we can only exchange items for a different size. If you require another style, please return your item and then place a new order. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping UK

We recommend that you use a tracked service to return your item(s), this is to ensure the item(s) are tracked and you have proof of return. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as Royal Mail or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping International

Shipping times days refers to working days Mon-Fri.
